2. Is the insulation of the motor and electrical components properly dried and in good condition?
3. Are all safety protection switches functioning normally and reliably?
4. Lubricating oil must be added before operation.
5. Check whether the screws and nuts in all parts are loose; if any looseness is found, address it promptly.
6. Check whether the brake is flexible during equipment operation.
7. After the power is turned on, first press the motor start button. Only after the flywheel has rotated for a certain period of time can you begin operating the machine.
8. When adjusting the distance between the machine base plate and the press frame plate, the power supply must be disconnected to ensure safety.
9. It is strictly prohibited to snatch paper between the base plate and the press plate.
